What is die forging?

Die forging process flow

The choice of forging machine according to the size and thickness of the size to choose, if the forging part is relatively large, relatively thin, you can use more than 2000 tons of forging machine, our factory has 2000 tons of forging machine, can forge various parts for customers.

After forging, the edge will be cut off, the excess part will be cut off, and then the oxide can be treated by sandblasting, which can achieve the forging of the finished product clean. Heat treatment is carried out according to customer requirements, and sometimes customers require high hardness, heat treatment is needed to improve the hardness of forged parts. Of course, forging parts can also be machined.
