Forging die design
We have our own mold design team, will be based on the customer’s drawings for mold design, can be designed for double cavity mold and single cavity mold, can also be machined mold.
The mold can also be heat treated in the later stage to make the mold that meets the customer
7 groups of forging machines
We have 7 groups of forging machines, which are 2 groups of 640 tons, 2 groups of 700 tons, 2 groups of 1000 tons and 1 group of 2000 tons, which can forge forging parts of 0.5KG-70KG for customers
Machining center
We have a powerful machining center that can handle sandblasting for customers, as well as machining for forged parts
Heat treatment
The purpose of heat treatment is to improve the hardness of the material, we have heat treatment, can improve the hardness of the material, the main materials are 5140, 40Cr, ASTM and so on
Galvanize
Many die forging parts need to be galvanized, especially electric tool forging, we have a cooperative galvanizing plant, can improve the galvanizing service for customers
